5 DAY EXERCISE ROUTINE

Intermediate/advanced level
FIRST MONTH
This routine is designed for intermediate/advanced level people, since it has 5 days of training divided into:
- 3 days of lower body
- 2 days of upper body
The routine is planned to tone muscle mass, shape the body figure, focusing mainly on the glutes.
If you want to lose weight, it is essential to do the 30' of cardio at the end of the routine, therefore a routine of 1 hour and 30' would remain.
If the objective is only to tone and shape the body, you should complete 10' of cardio at the end of the routine, since the oxidation process does not need to end.
It is essential to read the description of the exercises, think about the muscle I am working and respect the pauses.
Be patient for the results, the first month is to create the training habit and for the body to get used to it.
SECOND MONTH:
This routine is more advanced than the previous one, since we are going to work on the parts of the body that need more attention. In addition, we should now be able to lift more weight to help the muscle tone and gain firmness.
It is important to continue with cardio at the end to continue burning body fat.
