FIRST MONTH
This routine is designed for beginner to intermediate level people, since it is three days where we are going to work the entire body, the load we are going to use is medium and the cardio at the end of the routine is essential for the body to adapt to the training and improve our physical condition. It is essential to read the description of the exercises, think about the muscle I am working and respect the pauses.
Be patient for the results, the first month is to create the training habit and for the body to get used to it.
SECOND MONTH:
In this routine we are going to continue working the entire body for only three days, but we are going to try to lift more weight to help tone and firm the muscle.
